Medicare Australia's Online Services

Medicare Australia’s Online Services provide you with an extra way to view, update and request information and services from Medicare Australia.
Online Services is useful if you can’t get to a Medicare office or just prefer to do your business online.
Once registered for Online Services, you can:
- order a replacement or duplicate Medicare card
- update your personal details
- register your bank account details to claim at the doctor’s and have your benefit paid into your bank account
- obtain a copy of your Medicare claims history
- monitor your safety net balance
- download information for your tax return
- keep track of your child’s immunisation
- check your organ donor registration details, and
- view your Care Plan Access history.
You can register for Online Services at www.medicareaustralia.gov.au/online or at your local Medicare office.
